help! Several issues with Z10

I've bought my Z10 3 days ago, and I've noticed several issues:

1- Battery heating up and wont last a whole working day
2- not receiving all alerts from the installed applications on Hub, in order to receive them I have to restart my mobile (sms, facebook and whatsapp alerts missing)
3- Can't delete info from hub, for instante, I have a Welcome Notification from BlackBerry Protect that Will not dissapear from hub ( i've tried deleting it and now it says: Error: it's not possible to o pen tais message).
4- on Hub, some contacts only appear Witherspoon Phone number but no name.

Hello Hatchback!

 

Yesterday I went to the store where I bought the phone, and they discouvered that my SIM card wasn't a 100% ok, so they replaced it and all these issues where resolved.
