To switch to Horizontal viewing, on your home page, swipe down from the top, you will see an icon (Rotation Lock), if it is blue, that means it will only show all your screens in Vertical. Click on it.  Then go to the hub and turn your screen horizontal and the hub will show landscape mode.

it is not blue

everything else runs horizontal but  when i  swipe to check hub it is vertical???

Thats weird, that other programs work in Horizontal and the hub only works vertical. Try a reboot see if that solves the problem. After a re-boot, the default settings is horizontal lock off.

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

 

See if this enables your ability to view the Hub in portrait mode.
