Hi there,

i got a problem when sending emails with an attachment. i got an message like: Protokollebene konnte Nachricht nicht senden

This is strange because i am able to send pure text emails and receive emails incl. attachments.

No Matter if i am connected to WIFI or Mobile Network.

Also i use exact the same settings in my PlayBook which worked without any problem.

So i am guessing this must be a software problem...!?!?

Any help or hints on this issue would be greatly welcome

p.s. mailing works without problems for:  pop / smtp accounts settings/combination

Are you using your email service provider's SMTP server to send emails from your BlackBerry Z10? What is the attachment you are trying to attach and what does the error message say in English?

Hello, yes I am using my providers SMTP. Working within the PlayBook environment without problems.

No matter of size and type, I always got an error: Protokoll Base could not send message!

Not yet - waiting for a emergency OS upgrade fix

It is boring. The current situation causes not only trouble but damages. I cannot manage emails properly. This is not a good publicity. When will the update come up? You should not sell defective products.

Still not working. I tried to answer to a mail and I get the error message. Are you still working on it?
