my bb10 gets hot after continuous use

hi,

is there any fix, my z10 gets very hot while i am using any of its applications for over 10 minutes.

I've seen a few other posts of this type.

Batteries do generate heat in use, but excessive heat is abnormal.

 

If you feel the heat is too much, O2 should be notified and have the issue escalated up to BlackBerry support.
