no pics when texting

im so dissapointed with the Z10 i cant send pics with text and i hate to give up myBB but dose anyone know how to fix this i have done everything possible called carrier restart phone update factory restore etc i dont know what else please anybody help

Sorry to hear you are having issues sending photos via text message. 

 

Are you able to receive picture messages?

 

What happens when you try to send a picture message? Do you get an error? If so, what is that error?

 

Have you confirmed with your mobile carrier that you have multimedia messaging enabled as part of your cellular package?

Thanks for answering no error message just a red clock called carrier att they said its phone I can receive text no pics
