no sound

I just realized I"m getting no sound on my phone.  My notificaitons is set so that there ARE notifications (but I am not hearing them)... my Master Volume is on the max... the buttons on the side to turn sound up normally display a speaker if I click on them but currently they are not doing that.  I have checked every setting I can think of & all of them are set properly.

Mine does the same after it connects/disconnects to my car hands free over bluetooth. By powering it off/on a get the sound/vibration back.

I use BT with my car and have no problem.

 

If you suspect the BT, try just switching the BT off  to see if that fixes it, rather than a full reset/power down.

tried already, switching off/on BT is not bringing the sounds back.

There is another thread in the other forum. (notifications)

 

Basically unpair the the BT device(s). Restart Z10. Restore the pairing.
