On your Z10 screen, do you see the small lightening bolt indicating the device is charging?

 

Where, on your Z10 are the pictures located, in the device memory or the SD card?

i can't connect through wifi i don;t know how. i can;t see any option to do it that way

yes the lightening bolt is there and it is charging.
how do i find out where the pictures are saved. i did not change any settings for this and i did not put in an sd card myself unless they come with one

OPen your Settings > Storage and Acess > scroll down, to Media Card details.
