I speak many times with hotlines (Carrier = Bouygues Telecom), and go through many forums but the problem remains the same : it doesn't work
- My carrier told me that I have to wait for their specific app update and until then, no v v m... : can you confirm that I need an extra app to have vvm on my phone as I have in mind that it 's native include in the Z10.
- Could it be a version pb / technical pb with my sim, ... : anything technical in fact,
- Could it be an option that my carrier has to active ? (assuming they do not know how to do it because it's a new phone)
I've tried once the full rest of the phone as I ve seen on a forum this has worked for some
I haven't in the phone options, the possibility to activitate - deactivate the v v m has said in the how to section of my phone
I have os 10.0.90
I pay a specific option to my carrier (Bouygues Telecom) to have my vvm
does anyone have the same issues ?
any idee or solutions ?
