problem with my BlackBerry Z10

I have charging problem with my z10. It consumes too much charging sometimes I have to charge it 4 to 5 times a day, other than this it hangs frequently and sometimes heats up to such an extent that requires to switch off or to put it on sleep.
Can anyone tell what's the issue
I just bought it 4 to 5 months back

Re: problem with my BlackBerry Z10

What is your Operating System loaded to your device?   From the main screen, swipe down from the top black bezel to Settings > About... what is the OS Version listed there?

On that same screen, what is the exact model number there?

Re: problem with my BlackBerry Z10

Open the Settings > App Manager > Device Manager.

At the top, tap Last 48 Hours.

What are the top 5 items there consuming the battery, and what percentages?

Now, Tap the CPU tab.

What are the top 5 items using the CPU, and what percentages?

Re: problem with my BlackBerry Z10

Agreed....

First off, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Now, watch those same battery and CPU percentages the next 24-48 hours and let us know.

1. Please don't jump in other user's threads with different issues.

2. Use an autoloader file to reload the OS

I did apply that procedure. Removed battery and reboot but as such no improvement. It is still hanging and heating up frequently Smiley Sad </3
