problem with restoring my data !!

hi everybody,

 

I'm having a problem with restoring my data 

 

i used bb link many times but it said (connection error) i don't know why 

 

 

would you pleas help my, because i lost everything :Helpsmilie:

Omar, can you try a different USB port on your PC?

Are you using the USB cable which came with your Z10?
