Unable To Connect Your Device
You have not entered the correct BlackBerry device password. Try entering your password on your device. You cannot access BlackBerry World on your computer until you have correctly entered your device password.
this message is displayed when i open bb world on my pc and connect my phone to it. i get this message even though i dont have any password enabled on my device. i tried the the BBID password but that does not work. Please help me out. Thanks!!

try connecting to the PC and launch BB desktop manager
do a back up
then on the phone go to options, security and Wipe the phone completely. this will restore to factory settings
then reload your backed up file
should clear the problem
you could also load blackberry protect first, and do a backup on that too before doing the above

I did what you suggested but it is still not working :smileysad:
I am using a z10. There is no problem when I connect my 9860.
