Do you have a BlackBerry data plan with your network service provider? Also what version of BlackBerry 10 software are you running? Go to Settings>About to get this information.
When was the last time you could open these attachments?

Yes, I have a data plan. BlackBerry Z10, software version 10.1.0.2039. I just tried this morning to download from a text message sent to me. I get such emails frequently and it's very frustrating to not be able to see my downloads.
I would appreciate any help I can get.
