screen image capture issue

Hi! I'm using BlackBerry Z10 for some time and frequently use it to make notes and capture screen shots by using both volume keys. (top right side of phone).
Usually the screen shot is saved in images folder of personal screen tab. But ever since I have done a security wipe to overcome hanging issues, the image is saved on work tab of my phone and I could not share it on fb or WhatsApp. Can anyone help me to get the images back on personal tab.(screen)

Here is a KB that discusses that situation:

  • KB33788 Screen shot taken on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone cannot be found in the Pictures app
