security wipe

i just did a security wipe on my blackberry z10 and i am stuck on wi-fi networks.Its stated that "you need a data connection to continue.please connect to a wi-fi network:"and i am not good with wi-fi.

 

PLZ HELP.

Sounds like you either have to connect to a WiFi network or you need to have a valid SIM and connetion to your carrier with data enabled in order to proceed.
