software update failure

on initial set up i keep getting stuck at software update. i keep getting message  that it is unable to connect to update server (3001 or 2032). i am connected to my office wifi (i get confirmation). 

i cannot get past this, hep!

Also have you tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network?

I have the same issue and have tried diffrent WIFIs.

i resolved it. i had to use a different wifi network for some reason
