BlackBerry® Z10

I turn my phone off every night and turn on in the morning. Every time the sound (notifications) turns itself off. My steps, turn on phone in the morning, go to settings>notifications> and turn sound on, every day. Not a huge deal, but would like to not have to do that.

What sound profile is currently active on your BlackBerry Z10?  Also just to clarify, this only happens when you turn it off and turn it back on?  The notifications will work while its powered on?

Also did this issue happen ever since you got the BlackBerry Z10?

Correct.  Once unit is powered on sound notifications work as they should. It's just on power off and then back on again the next day. It is default sound profile of normal. I believe that this has been since day one, but I can't say for sure.  I have added a micro sd card and a few apps. Thank you

Not sure what has changed, but my sound profiles are now working as normal. Start up phone everything is good.
