text messaging-not recieveing, not sending, delays

Hey, I'm having a lot of trouble with text messaging. There is a huge delay when I send a text and when it shows up on the screen. Also, sometimes, it never actually sends it. Further, I am not receiving several text messages that are being sent to me. Lastly, occasionally (especially if I restart my phone) my text message log gets all messed up and moves the messages to different dates that they did not occur on. For example a message that I sent to someone today will now show up on my phone as if I sent it last week. What is wrong with this and how can I fix it? Is it an update issue, a network issue or just a bug in the phone?

What version of BlackBerry 10 software are you currently using? Go to Settings>About to find this information.

 

Also do you get any error messages when sending out the SMS messages?

No error messages. I am running 10 OS 10.1.0.2030

Also, I talked t at&t and they went through several trouble shooting techniques and reestablished my connection to the towers, etc. And they cannot figure out why I am not receiving text messages.

Thanks for the reply.

 

To find the root cause on why the Text Messages are not being received or having trouble sending, we will need to gather some logs from the BlackBerry smartphone. 

 

Please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry for further investigation.
