the z10 stock browser of mine crashes very often


Hello,  previously i reported that the stock browser of my z10 crashes very often.

Finally here is an example of it.  

 

As I try to peruse the following article, clicking on this link crashes my browser repeatedly:

 

http://www.forbes.com/sites/kenkam/2014/08/01/sticking-with-blackberry-for-the-double/

 

Try to load this article on a z10 stock browser and let it sit there for a while and the browser will invariably come crashing before one finishes reading the article.

The first thing to check is your OS level:

  • Article ID: KB23393 How to check the model number and version of the operating system on a BlackBerry smartphone

If you are not on the most current version (10.2.1.3253), then the recommendation is to update to that via Sachesi, Link, or AutoLoader:
