transfering files

I recently recorded a concert on my z 10 with the remember app and would like to load it on to my computer just not sure how to do that. please help and thanks in advance

Hey bcbud,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

Connect the BlackBerry Z10 to your computer and go into My Computer and open the BlackBerry shared drive and open the Voice folder and the file will be located there.  You can copy this file to your computer.

thanks for that solution, i can see the files but they are in amr format and i cant open them so my next question is how to get them to work in windows media player. again thanks!!!

These files can not be played through Windows Media Player, they can be played through RealPlayer or QuickTime.
