What you talking about?
Did you remember 3 days BIS outage? Only at third day RIM confirm the problem! All 3 days they keep the silence.

Tmobile connected me to RIM support, and this is the phone number they gave me.
I think you need to open a trouble ticket with your carrier though before they connect you to RIM, which is what happened to me. But in case you want to try, here is the number: 8772552377
Also the blackberry help email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Maybe if everyone who is having this issue sends an email, it will make RIM react.

I posted it here — https://twitter.com/yasochka/status/33709002890163
They replied in direct message, that I should to go to my mobile provider and ask them to open a case.
Sounds like a good corporate problem re-routing technique. I'm traveling now and not willing to spend my time and money on the phone to explain this issue. Why cannot they check it themselves? They don't have a QA? Should recommend them to hire some."
Same thing to me... i Twitted on 16 may... the same answer... I asked to vodafone... three times... then I decided that was totally pointless...

I have spoken to numerous representatives at Bell, RIM and Apple. Apple wants nothing to do with it. They realize that my Mac and ipad sync so the icloud is working. Fixing a blackberry is not a topic they're capable/interested in assisting with. Two Bell representatives told me that icloud does not work with BB's and wanted to know who told me otherwise (I then pointed out various articles on the blackberry.com website which say otherwise). Finally, the level 2 RIM technicians claimed that they had no idea that a problem even existed. This I found the most infuriating and worrisome.
I am a very loyal blackberry user and waited a long time for this phone. I'm not sure how BB is hoping to get iphone users to return to them if syncing to the icloud is not possible. This right here could be BB's last straw.
I have 3 more days until Bell will let me exchange my Q10 for an iphone...blackberry, you have 3 days to sort this out. Still waiting for the RIM technician to get back to me...

I emailed the help line a link to this forum, just in case they couldnt figure that out on their own.
This is maddening. I have been a BB user and when Tmobile got the Iphone, I decided to give the Z10 a shot, even
though my company is an apple shop and we are all on an apple laptop.
But if this is not fixed soon, Im returing the BB and buying an iphone.
I hope BB marketing is reading this. Forget regaining iphone users, they need to keep the BB users that patiently have stayed with them.
Wonder why Crackberry hasn't put this all over its website.
