Hey chaizy,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

What version of BlackBerry 10 software are you currently using? Go to Settings>About to get this information.

Whatsapp required OS version 10.0.10.648 to run.  Also BIS is not available for BlackBerry 10, do you have a standard BlackBerry data plan with your network service provider?

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.
