My Z10 worked fine and all of a sudden crashed yesterday. Had to do a factory reset, this sucks, but what sucks more is that after the factory reset, I cannot get my phone past the set-up screen.
It keeps getting stucks on terms of agreement saying "unable to connect to the network. Please try changing your settings" When I hit change my settings it goes back to the wifi and stalls there.
Firstly why does one need connection for terms of agreement. This issue has been happening since 2006 on the playbook and still BB has not addressed it. I have removed my battery more than 10 times in the last 12 hours, I have tried combinations of no sim card to simcard with SD card, but the same thing. I have put the phone next to the wifi router (which works perfectly fine for everything but my z10). So why am I still getthing this error and what is the fix.
I have tried connecting thru blackberry link but it will not recognize the device till set up is finished. So I cannot even re-reset the phone. Sucks.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the question.
This issue can be resolved by moving the BlackBerry smartphone in a area with better data coverage. Or try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network and then complete the BlackBerry 10 setup.
