z10 battery life is not accurate

I have a z10 and if the last 4 days my z10 battery life is not accurate, its still last for a day but the phone will go off without any warning and its still showing 50 %, before I have a red light and 20% warning.

 

I restart the phone to the factory setting last light but still the same.

 

Please I need help.

Welcome to BB forums

Do you have alot of apps installed & running in the background? Have you upgraded your OS?

Here are some tips that may help you I get bout 10-12 hours per day with these tips good luck!

Hey, thanks for replying, I don't have a lot of apps and my z10 is up to date, and the problem is not the battery life, as per my post, the battery is staying for the day (as before) but it do not show my 20% or 10% warning, it just go off, and when it dose, it will not start until I connected to the power and the battery will shows 52% ( from the setting)
And believe me this is very bad,
I need help ASAP

Alright

try this

The on-device battery meter is off sync with the a the actual battery charge. Connect to your OEM wall outlet battery charger and while still connected and powered on, remove the battery a minute to reboot. After reboot leave to fully charge to 100%. 
Thus will reset the false charge reading.

Thanks, ok her what I did as I understand from ur info, now my z10 is already full and connected to the power, I opened it and removed the battery, the z10 goes off and showed me a battery logo that means no battery, I but the battery back and the z10 started and it show me a thunder logo and green and red light, then the z10 start, now I'll wait till the end of the day and see, but please let me know if what I did if right?

hey, it did not work! i used the phone from morning (playing video) and just now the phone went off at 50%, so still the time is not syncing, what should i do now? do i have to try it one more time?

Hey again I tried it one more time and now the battery is 15% so I think it's fine, I will update you if there is anything.
