Re: z10 does not fully charge

It could just be the battery meter that's out of sync with the actual battery level. If you're getting resonably good battery performance, I wouldn't worry about it. If your battery performance is weak, i.e. less than a day on a "full" charge, you can restart your phone, reload your OS or load a new OS.

Cheers.  :smileyhappy:

What is your exact model #?
From the main screen, swipe down from the top black bezel to Settings > About... what is the Model  listed there?

Yes it is.

Before taking out the battery, do NOT turn off the device.

Try this: leave it connected to the OEM stock wall outlet charger.

With it connected and powered ON, remove the battery for minute and replace.

Check the percentage and drain over the next day, and do the SAME procedure again.

Remember, the charge percentage is not an exact science, but rather an estimate by the software of the charge, based on the current power, historical drain and charging, etc.  It will change...

Re: z10 does not fully charge

Yep, you'll need to do the SAME procedure a couple more times, it normally resets itself after a times.
