I just got a new z10 a month back and have tried several times to back up its data through blacberry link. Whenever I try to do a back up, Blackberry Link shows that its preparing for a back up and within seconds I get a message saying communication failure. Tried it many times but keep getting the same message repeatedly and have not been able to back up my phone's data ever since I bought the phone. Please help!!!!!!

We are aware of this issue. We will need to gather logs to further investigate, please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry.

I have resolved the issue by deleting all apps. I then tried a backup and now its working fine. It seemed to be a problem with one of the apps, probably Angry Birds Star Wars. Thanks.
