z10 not booting up after securety wipe

After i did a securety wipe the phone starts to boot up shows the blackberry logo and shows a picture of a phone arros a bluetouth sign and a computer screen after a 1 min the screen goes dead do any one know what the fault could be?

There are a couple of solutions.. First pull the battery and wait 5 mintues and put it back in.
