z10 screen issue

hi,

i have a light leakage problem with my z10

what should i do?

does anyone have the same issue?

Light leakage basically refers to light spreading beyond the edges of the screen

i can see this issue when i rebooting my phone or in the dark with black bakground

 

i cant post picture of mine because it is not clear but it is look like this

Since that is most likely a hardware issue, you need to return that device to the seller for a full new device exchange.

i would not settle for a repair or any "we'll reload the OS'.

in france we have only 7 days to exchange so they will send the device for repair

ok. They will probably give you a new device.

 

BEFORE you go in for the repair, you need to call SFR to the technical support on the issue, and ask them to ESCALATE this issue to BlackBerry support and get an incident number on the matter.

 

perhaps they can intervene and have a new device issued.
