z10 update 10.2.0.424 problem with text message and hub

Hey 

 

Since I updated my phone to the 10.2.0.424 I can't use my hub anymore, or make any texts anymore. 

Does anybody know how to help me?

Keep the phone on, and remove the battery for about a minute or more and then replace it

The same thing happened to me. My hub does not work, and neither do my apps. Only the phone appears to be functioning. I can't even get my PC to connect to the phone anymore. Very frustrating!

I have the same issue. I cannot access my email account settings also, nor access to hub. I tried with hard reset, many times... even went to a full factory reset.

Did you get any solutions with your trouble? It seems that the hub wont work anymore (it opens but I'm unable to loggin to any account).
