Black Screen

I'm away on vacation in an isolated town in the middle of Europe and my new Z30 (which I eagerly awaited and bought from Dubai 3 days back) stopped working. The screen is blank (all black), yet I continue to receive my notifications and I can hear them. My alarm also rings. But the screen remains blank. I am too far away from any major city. Is there anyway to fix my phone?

Have you tried either of these?

 

On your BlackBerry10 device:
Restart: Press and hold the upper edge power button a couple seconds and the tap the lower right RESTART.
Reboot: On the side edge volume keys, press and hold down both of the Up and Down volume keys for about 20 seconds, ignoring the initial screenshot message... the screen will go black and reboot.

I tried both ways and neither works. My screen continues to be black, yet I still receive notifications.

I have the same problem black screen it seems that it is working because the massage light is blinking and sound alert on new messages

Luis2430, have you tried rebooting the device?
Press and hold the top edge power button about 30 seconds until you see the red led blink. Do you see any screen activity?

Yes Nothing happend the red light turnd on an off and nothing happend even i tried +,- at the same time and no luke The strange is that it recieved notification so the phone is working but the screen is not working

Mine did this yesterday, while I was trying to access contacts.  It was only temporary, and I believe it had something to do with DATA not being turned on, and no wifi.

may be it should be reset[hard]
