Help!

My blackberry z30 original headphones is not working on the device and any blackberry device but it works on other devices , i tried to use another headphones and perfectly worked ! Please help :smileyhappy:

As JSanders has advised to others, I suggest running through the diagnostics tests of BlackBerry Virtual Expert. It can be downloaded from BlackBerry World by searching for "BVE".

The BlackBerry Virtual Expert did not help, when I plug the headphone I hear something like clicking sound.
