Q10 Link Switch to Z30 issue

Hi Everybody,

 

I recently picked up my Z30, I currently have the Q10 so basically i went through blackberry link and used the switch device feature, everything moved over fine except the apps that moved over does not take up the entire screen of the Z30, only takes up the same space as it did on my Q10 and I cannot move apps into the empty space at the bottom of screen. How do I fix this? tried hard reset and factory wipe too then redid everything and no change. Also I cannot hear the noise when typing on the virtual keys now :/

Delete the apps from the device either though App World or by touching and holding on the app(s) in question to see the small trashcan icon... tap the trashcan to delete.

 

Return to Appworld to download and install fresh to the Z30.

 

For the keyboard feedback, go to your Settings > Language and Input > Feedback and set your keyboard volume there.

 

If you have the main volume setting at MUTE or on SILENT profile, then the sound will be silent.
