Z30 login

I'm excited to receive my Z30 and began with setting up login information on my device.  I'm confident with my password and my security question to retrieve it.  When I went back to my computer to confirm not only was my password not accepted but neither was my security question and answer.  I've doubled checked it with the handy 'eye' on the login screen on the z30 but it's still not accepting it and now I am completely locked out.  I have no idea how to proceed now.  I would appreciate some guidance in how to resolve this.

Assuming this is your BlackBerryID you speak of?

 

Lock out should only be for 15 minutes, according to what you did.

thanks yes I understand and appreciate your feedback.  What I really need to know is when my password reset question is not being accepted, how do I attempt to get into the system?
