This error keeps coming up on the mac. I've tried clear as suggested elsewhere but an error come up. I've tried forget device that doesn't work. I've done several clean resets/ factory resets, doesn't work either the calendar and address are both in entourage, i'm using leopard system on the mac. Please someone help me get this sorted. It's a Storm with 181 installed. Is it too much to ask that I can sync the phone with the computer?
Thanks
Nic

OK, first, you say you want to sync with Entourage correct? To do this you have to enable sync services in entourage preferences. This then syncs with Address Book and iCal. Once that sync has occurred, you need to check to see if iCal and Address Book look the way you want. If so, do the Device sync, if not clean them up, then try the sync with your device.

Thanks for the reply:
I have checked entourage and the sync with address and ical boxes are checked. The mac desktop manager doesn't let you clear data on the address book or calender on the device comes up with error message when trying to clean. I have tried forget device to see if that then sync's , no joy. So I have done a wipe and factory reset on the phone to see if that helps which it doesn't. All I want is to sync my addresses and calendar surely that can't be too much to ask
please help someone
