BFB rejected, more clarification needed

Hi there!

My app (ID 42205) is BFB-rejected, it's 2-nd time for it. Rejection message is "Please note that your game has not be accepted into the Built for BlackBerry program, as it fails to pass the User Experience testing".

But this app is not the game!!! I use all the "native-looking" GUI elements. What does this "User Experience testing" exactly mean?

I haven't receive no clarification mail this time! Why?

I've send several messages to bfbtestingteam@rim.com but they don't answer at all!

Please, BFB Testing team, I need more details to improve the app!

With best wishes

Re: BFB rejected, more clarification needed

This is a tough one. Correct me, but it is an informational guide for acupressure. Definitily not a game. As I see from the screen shots, you select various list items and a static image of a part of the body is shown. As a suggestion, can any of the static image be made more interactive? Select various items to see where to select? Make the parts 3D to rotate to see other parts and joints of where to apply pressure? Found one model here:

http://thefree3dmodels.com/stuff/anatomy/skeleton/20-1-0-282

If you can show and select a 3D model of the body parts to apply pressure, then it would be one of the coolest apps to show. Short of that, anything you can do to make it more interactive might help. But I would try to get more feedback to see what they were thinking and maybe once the review board is in place, re-apply.

Re: BFB rejected, more clarification needed

jtegen, thank you for your suggestion!

Adding of rotating 3D models to the app is much rework. Skeleton model is not good for this, various separate models (head, arm, hand, leg etc.) with flesh are needed. I'm not sure really 3D is needed to pass "User Experience testing".

Anyway, BFB Testing team reply is needed!

Blackberry guys, please, give me your official feedback for the my rejected app (ID 42205)!

I doubt the testing team monitors this forum. Nancy of BB might, so that would be your best contact to get more info.
