I have submitted 35 Apps . In which 5 of them were approved. Later I joined the developer zone here. How can i claim my jam points?

Unfortunately, I don't think, there are any Jam points associated with BB10 App submission.

I contacted Jam rewards people and I got a reply saying it is only for apps that they ported for developers.

you will get this reward only if you had apps bor BB before BB10 and then ported them to BB10

I had also ported the existing apps but the above email from BB when asked about points!

I have also sent a mail to that email address to know how to redeem that badge. They answered the same thing as they told SangramPatil.

I had apps in BlackBerry World before the release of BB10, which I then ported to BB10. So I don't think that smartek is correct in this case

Not yet. But last time it took a couple of months before I received a mail with the code.

I guess that if you want them really fast you could always mail for it. But I'm just going to wait a couple of months I think :-)
