Some hours ago with the same issue I've sent them a request by mail (email@example.com)
And already got an answer - they sent me a code to enter on JamZone page.
This e-mail was sent from DeveloperRelations@blackberry.com
I guess if You have no luck contacting on JamZone e-mail - try DeveloperRelations one.

i finally found out why they didn't respond me... It was all my fault, i sent email (and remainders) to firstname.lastname@example.org, and for some reasons RIM doesn't acknowledge if mailbox does not exist...
re-sent to correct email address again.

I had same problem, there is BFBB badge and one of my applications has received BFBB status, but badge is not unlocked. I contacted jam zone support, they reply to me, that this badge is still not active, it will be in next few months.
