I am one of the managers are Dex Media (formerly SuperMedia) and we have built a new version of our app (Superpages) and our developer account is no longer active so we can upload a new version. What the best way to recover that account so we can get our new app uploaded and published?

Is there not any support at BlackBerry anymore? Does anyone know how to contact someone about the above issue? We have the login credentials, they just no longer work and show that the account is not active.

Forums aren't official support channel. There was a transition from Vendor ID's to BlackBerry ID's on all website modules including Vendor portal. Try using your BlackBerry ID to login. If it won't work, try contacting the support:
