Not received clarification email

My app has been rejected for the second time, but I haven't received clarification email with explanation what is wrong with the app. First time it was rejected I've received an email from BFB team. Is it ok (no email) or I should write somewhere to support?

The issue has been resolved quickly after contacting BFB team via email.
