Re: Webcasts

Is there a place I can watch the web casts? I've tried:

https://developer.blackberry.com/builtforblackberry/documentation/videos/index.html

But the audio is unlistenable and the player keeps crashing, is there a better place i can watch them that doesnt use the awful adobe connect?

Re: Webcasts

Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately the audio quality happened during recording so there is not much we can do to correct that one, though we are working to ensure it doesn't happen again. With respect to the player crashing, I ran a few tests and have also checked around, I'm not hearing of any issues and so suspect this my be a local broswer issue. We are using the standard adobe connect offering for this so another troubleshooting activity may be take a look at adobe's site for help. I did notice this kb there that describes your problem
