peter, that's submitted, not approved. I haven't heard anything about how many were approved yet.

Re: BlackBerry 10 Community Port-A-Thon - Jan 11th

I have got one question regarding terms and conditions: Portathon terms and conditions.

Apps must not: (a) have already been submitted to BBAW as a BlackBerry 10 app or otherwise approved by BBAW prior to start of the Program Period; (b) contain a web launcher or shortcut; (c) contain a web browser; or

The app must not contain a web launcher or shortcut? If my app performs another actions, but in the Help/About section there is a button "Privacy Policy" which Invokes the Web browser to show my privacy policy - will it be declined?

It means the app can't just be a web launcher or shortcut.  It's fine if a complex app does this.

Thanks Mark, I hoped so but wanted to ensure myself:smileyhappy: As the last Port-A-Thon is coming I've got another question regarding new BB 10 icons - should we mention them during uploading apps to BB App World in the 3rd party content.

No, you don't need to mention them.

Re: BlackBerry 10 Community Port-A-Thon - Jan 11th

I've received an email about 25 Jan deadline. Today is 22 Jan, but I haven't received any qualified email yet. I'm so sick of waiting. Anybody have the same situation?

@tanphat1412. I bet everyone is sick of waiting, but you have to give the team some more time.
They are really working hard to process all those apps that were submitted. It's really amazing how enthusiastic people are about BB10 :smileyvery-happy:
