PM me your idea (if you think it's an original) putting in as many details as you can without giving the game away and I'll let you know the best way to get it written. If the app is fairly generic post your requirements here and others will lend their suggestions too.

Cascades development would likely be impossible to work with for someone with no programming skills. I've seen people with computer engineering degrees fumble with the platform for some time before becoming competent with the development process. Check out one of the other development sdk's like webworks.
