The QML Editor doesn't work at all here, either, on OS X Lion. I have both available vended editions of Java installed: Java 6 (Apple) and Java 7 (Oracle).

To be clear: is the failure of the Momentics IDE's QML editor to work at all on OS X due to the presence of Java 7 on the machine? If so, uninstalling Java 7 seems to be a draconian solution.

You can uninstall java 7, then reinstall momentics ide and then install java 7. So your momentics ide in configure file mark to use java 6.

Hadn't seen this thread before. It's working for me on an old MBP with Mountain Lion. Java 6.
