Can't remember how to create a debug token

In previous releases of the SDK, I haven't had trouble getting past the step of creating a debug token, but for 10.0.9 I'm getting stuck.

A dialog appears allowing me to select my developer certificate, which I do, but it's also requiring me to fill in:

RDK CSJ Path

PBDT CSJ Path

CSJ Pin

CSK Password

Previously I only remember having to enter the CSK password.

Does anyone know what's going on?

I had to go to:

Window -> Preferences

BlackBerry

Signing

Clicked: BlackBerry Deployment Setup Wizard

etc.
