Device turns off after plugging to USB

Just wondering if anyone have the device turn off automatically after plugging into USB that connects to the computer?

 

System cannot detect the device. The device will be stuck at Blackberry 10 screen if I reboot it when connecting to USB.

i had something like that happen when i was upgrading the OS on my dev device. have u upgraded to the latest OS?
