How to create a playlist in BB10 using cascades..?

HI,

 

   I am new to Blackberry 10.Is there any API reference for creating a playlist and updating a playlist by adding and removing files from the playlist.And i want to know how to download files to sdcard and upload a file to webserver in cascades.
