I go to Preferences -> BlackBerry -> QML Editor and select "Disable QML Preview (Requires restart) to be selected.

I click Apply, then OK

I exit Momentics IDE and restart it.

I am still able to preview QML. When I go back to Preferences the checkbox under Disable QML Preview is not there any more.

Has anyone been able to reproduce this?

What do you mean is not there anymore?

I just tried that. I went to Preferences->BlackBerry->QML Editor and checked "Disable QML Preview (Requires restart)"

I restarted and I go there again and the checkbox is not checked anymore so the IDE is not saving the changes. 

And Ofcourse the whole thing keeps crashing everytime I try to open the qml file.

I can't believe it is not saving the changes in the preferences window.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Have you tried re-installing the beta 4 update making sure you run it as administrator?

@lew - not sure why you can't access it. IT's BBTEN-444 - should be accessible. There was just another person with a comment and upvote. Are you sure you logged in?

@theappspod yeah I uninstalled and deleted everything and installing as administrator and still keeps crashing everytime I try to preview a QML file and when I try to disable that in the settings window it does not save the changes. Really weird, anyways It seems they will have release this 11th hope all these anoying things are fixed by then.

I am having same issue. In my QML, view part is unfocusable. I am not able to select it. I am having gold version.

For me, beta 3 was unworkable, it was crashing every 3-4 minutes, but gold release is much better, it crashes sometimes, but not very often, maybe once in 3-4 hours, which is acceptable.
