I've noticed some people have non-standard avatars. How?!

Did the system used to let you and not any more or is it a privilege?

It is factored in when a certain rank is attained. You will be able to get there! Keep coming back and it will happen before you know it!

I can surmise it's somewhere below 362 and somewhere above 13. I'll keep my hopes up.

Little off subject.  I was "Read me first"  under "Getting Started" regarding avatars;.  It says there is an option to get an avatar from another location.  Have to enter the URL and chose Get Image Gallery.  I don't see that option?  Did I misread that part?
