Thanks for participating in the forum! In regards to deactivating your account, we usually advise that you simply leave it inactive without actually having us delete it, just in case you have any further questions in the future.
If we were to delete your account, all of your previous posts would remain in the forum.

Well I can see that the request was treated just like RIM treats everything else. Just like the SMS upgrade issue. they don't care what you want. It is there way or the highway.
I even went to leave feedback and the link happily opened an email for me to leave my suggestions and you would never believe it. They sent back an auto response that told me basically that they didn't care.
It seems like they woul have taken less effort to delete the link than to type up an auto responder to say that you only "thought" you were giving feedback. They suggested I come here. But do you see a place to just say what you would like for features? Apps? What you like or don't like in an update?
Snowballs chance.
Go figure.
That's alright. I'll remember it when it comes time for my next phone. It is not likely to be "Research In Motion" Anything.

I would like my account deleted too!! Until now, this account has been inactive since January. How long does it need to stay "inactive" for it to GO AWAY?!
