Apart from the fact that the forum doesn't run on vBulletin, my biggest gripe is email notifications. At the moment all we get is an email saying who has responded to a thread and a link to access it. What you really need is to see the comment that was posted by the user that responded. My mailbox is full with BlackBerry Community replies and I don't know what any of them are without opening a ton of Firefox tabs to try and keep track of a thread. This is especially a pain from the device where the web browser is not the best to say the least! This really needs fixing - for me it's a deal breaker and could stop me using the site.
