I realize that I am very new here, but I have participated in a number of forums over the years.Because I have participated in forums, I know that saying to people, 'please use a more descriptive subject line; subject lines like 'I have a question', and 'comment', and the like will still be around.
The subject lines are used in searches, will intice people to read (or not read) a thread, and they just help with the communication of people with questions with people with answers.
This Blackberry support group, I would imagine, is going to grow by leaps and bounds as more people get Blackberrys (sp?) and there are more features to be used, so the number of participants is going to grow.
I would like to ask, as a newbie, if the moderators could help the entire group out by adjusting the subject lines of the more vague postings. They could even leave the original subject lines (ie "I have a question - How to update the calendars using the new OS for Blackberry" )
If this is possible, it would help to keep communication open, and make the group just that much more helpful.
Thanx!
Pax,
GFApryl
